We offer a variety of UK delivery options to suit your requirements and service preference.

We also ship to all European countries by Royal Mail International Post. European delivery costs are based on total weight of your order.

Note: Our cut-off for order processing is 11:30 a.m. Mon-Fri. Any orders received after 11:30 will be processed next business day.

Order & Delivery Tracking

We will email you with status updates as your order progresses.

Once your order is out for delivery we will provide a tracking reference, so you can track the delivery to your door.

 

Discreet Packaging & Payment

You delivery is shipped in plain packaging. Inside the packaging will be a delivery note with the name and logo of skyhighboutique.co.uk and details of the products shipped.

Your receipt for your order with be emailed to you from the sender address help@skyhighboutique.co.uk. The email contains the skyhighboutique.co.uk name and logo and contains product details and prices of your order items.

Credit/debit card transactions and Paypal transactions will show a payment to ARENGA TRADING

PLEASE NOTE: Credit agreements arranged, and transactions appearing through the KLARNA payment system will make reference to the Sky High Boutique name and brand logo in the Klana website,  statements, email correspondence and mobile application. Unfortunately we cannot provide brand discrection with Klarna payments. 

 

 

Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we only accept returns in the event of a product fault.

We cannot accept returns if:

 

  • Merchandise was shipped in perfect condition and in accordance with your instructions.
  • Merchandise is soiled or otherwise unsaleable
  • Merchandise is not in original unbroken packaging as shipped.

 

Damaged parcels must be signed for as ‘damaged’. No returns may be made without prior written authorisation. We are happy to assist with sizing or colour queries prior to you ordering.

We will be unable to supply a product on an exchange or refund basis as we ensure that all products are dispatched in brand new and immaculate condition as we receive them from the manufacturer.

Therefore, due to this we would be unable to accept an item back into stock after it has been tried on or worn

 

Return of damaged or defective items

We provide free returns for damaged/defective items. Our returns service includes:

  • Hassle-free arrangements by live-chat, email
  • Return labels provided
  • Prompt refunds on receipt of returned goods.

 

European and Worldwide returns

We also accept returns for damaged/defective items from Europe and worldwide. For Europe and worldwide customers, we ask that you arrange and cover the cost of return shipping yourself with a reasonably priced and similar shipping service. We will re-emburse reasonable return shipping costs to you.

 


Should you wish to arrange a return of a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order by email, live-chat or phone with your order number to arrange your free return. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods back to us.

Please ensure your order is carefully re-packaged in the original packaging, and suitable protective packaging for return. We will arrange a returns label to be sent to you with the returns address pre-printed and postage paid.

Once the item is returned, we can either arrange to send a replacement product should the original be damaged/defective, or arrange a refund for your order to your original credit/debit card or paypal account.
